Credentials

 

I earned my Masters in Community Counselling at the University of Georgia in 2001 and completed additional training through The Coaches Training Institute in 2011. I worked as both a counsellor and a life coach in private practice in Vancouver, BC for 10 years before moving to Maple Ridge, BC in 2018.

I have a passion for helping people live their truth and fulfill their purpose. I love thinking co-creatively to help you discover your potential and make choices that move you forward toward a life that is meaningful for you. I especially enjoy working with people who tend to think outside-the-box.

 

I am also a writer exploring themes of truth, joy and wonder and other things that unite us. I maintain an active poetry blog while enjoying other creative pursuits such as woodworking, music and photography. I read daily and I love travelling and exploring forest and sea with my family.
