Meet Heather:
Credentials
I earned my Masters in Community Counselling at the University of Georgia in 2001 and completed additional training through The Coaches Training Institute in 2011. I worked as both a counsellor and a life coach in private practice in British Columbia for 15 years before devoting my practice entirely to Life Coaching in 2024.

I have a passion for helping people live their truth and fulfill their purpose. I love thinking co-creatively to help you discover your potential and make choices that move you forward toward a life that is meaningful for you. I especially enjoy working with people who tend to think outside-the-box.
Personally, I enjoy creative pursuits such as woodworking, painting and writing. I read daily and I love travelling and exploring forest and sea with my family.
