For Counselling Appointments:
I offer a free half-hour meet-and-greet, so we can get to know each other a little and determine whether we might be a good fit to work together toward your goals.
Regular sessions are 50-minutes. You may request 80-minute sessions if you want a little extra time to focus on a particular issue.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, all sessions are held via a secure video conferencing platform.
Normally, counselling appointments are offered in-person only and are available afternoon and evening, Monday - Wednesday and Friday.
My office is located in downtown Maple Ridge, BC

For those whose incomes are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a special sliding fee scale available. Please inquire.
Standard rate:
50-minute session: $120 + GST
*Special rate:
50-minute session: $60 + GST for those currently living with cancer, and for those within 18 months post-treatment.

When we're ready to get to work, I offer you a choice of 50-minute or 80-minute coaching sessions.
